I signed for this room but my plans changed and Im no longer able to move to Zrich, so its available for someone to take over completely unused and in original condition.
The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, desk, chair) with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom. The flat is a calm, non-smoking community, mainly international students.
Rent is CHF 1,500/month all-in. This covers cold rent, furnishing, and utilities (hot water, heating, internet, electricity), plus building services such as weekly cleaning of common areas, maintenance, bedding, appliances, and on-call support. A CHF 1,500 deposit applies, refunded when keys are returned.
The lease runs directly with the managing company, Room Circle GmbH. New tenants take over the contract at the same terms non-smoking, solvent students or easy going professionals. Standard documents required: ID/passport and proof of university enrollment or work contract.
