Hello, I am looking for someone (preferably male) to take over my lease by August 8th at 8N Lofts in Lincoln, Nebraska. The lease runs from August 9th, 2026 - July 20th, 2027.
It is a 4 bedroom 2 bath apartment with 3 other male roommates who will be moving in around that time as well. Rent is $645 per month plus parking. Please reach out to me for any and all questions.

Fully Furnished: Bed with mattress, desk and chair in bedroom, fridge. Couch and TV in the living room.
Bedroom/Bathroom: Personal bedroom and bathroom shared with 1 other person.
Laundry: In the apartment/unit. You only have to share the washer and dryer with 3 other roommates.
Roommates: 3 male roommates who are UNL sopres. They are all pretty chill and not loud.
