Hey all Im studying abroad this spring and looking for someone to take over my room at VOX Miami Phase I from Jan 1 to May 15. Its the 4-bed/4-bath D1 layout (1,200 sqft unit), so youd get your own bedroom and your own bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living room and 3 roommates. Fully furnished, washer/dryer in the unit.
Rent is $1,800/month and includes utilities + internet. Its right by campus (~4 min) and basically on top of the Metrorail, plus all the VOX amenities (pool, gym, study rooms, 24/7 market).
Would be ideal for a spring transfer, someone coming back from abroad, or an incoming grad/med student.
