Unit type: Private bedroom & bathroom in an all-peoples 4x4 unit (D6 floor plan) Rent: $949/month + $15/month renters insurance
Apartment features: Fully furnished! Comes with a Full XL bed, desk, chair, dresser, and a 55 Smart TV in the living area.
Roommates: 3 other peoples - all super sweet!
Other info: high-speed internet, water, trash/recycling included in rent (electricity billed separately to each person based on their usage.
Utility admin fee: $79 annually


There is a waitlist to join to get a parking spot but I didnt add parking to my lease so that would be on you to get.
