Super cute apartment with exposed brick and it will be fully furnished! Only a short walk to Penn campus and comes with access to a full gym. The apartment is kind of only cat-friendly! I have already paid the pet fee for my own cat, but while I am away he will not be at the apartment so there would be no additional cost if you were to move in with your own. My roomate will also definitely have a cat but he is used to being around other animals.
