Looking for a Tenant to Takeover my Lease in the Future - $850 m/o, House, master bedroom

Im a student at UH who, due to a personal emergency, needs to find someone to take over my lease that begins on August 12th, 2026.

The address is 206 Riley Ln. The rent is $850 per month, but it is for the master bedroom. The house has two other roommates one of whom is a law student at UH.
