Hello! I am trying to transfer my lease for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, basement apartment at 357 E 400 N in Provo. Base rent is $1,350, utilities are separate. With fees such as parking, a pet fee (if applicable), internet, communication with management, trash, etc, the monthly total comes out to $1,640 for us on average. Apartment will be move-in ready on 7/25/26 and lease goes until May of 2027.

The apartment complex is located in a quiet and safe area surrounded by families and college students. It is within walking distance of BYU, multiple bus stops, and downtown Provo. Washer and dryer are included, and both were installed brand new 2 months ago. The property has an outdoor common area with propane fire pit, propane grill, and an in-ground pool as well as 24/7 access to a fitness center. There are also options for below or above-ground parking. Communication with management is timely and reliable. Maintenance is also very efficient. Ive loved living in the house!

Some requirements to take note of are a minimum income of 3x rent and a credit check. If you do not meet these criteria, they do allow for guarantors or co-signers on your lease.
