Leasing Requirements

* Credit and background screening

* Renters insurance with at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage before move-in
* Electricity and internet must be transferred into your name before move-in
* Completion of all required leasing office documents and applicable fees before move-in
* Pet approval, pet screening, required documentation, and applicable fees (if applicable)
* Loading dock and freight elevator reservation before move-in

If selected, you will be required to sign both a sublease agreement with the leaseholder and any required lease or temporary occupancy agreement with the leasing office.
