Furnished room available in a quiet, well-kept condo for a 2-3 month stay, from August through October. I travel fairly often, so youll have the place to yourself about half the time.

2-bedroom condo, shared bathroom, furnished. Located on the 2nd floor of a 12-unit building, 4 units per level, mostly owner-occupied. Quiet building, no parties. Laundry is in the next building within the complex.

5 minute walk to the Glenwood Metro-North station; ride into Manhattan is about 30-35 scenic minutes along the river

5 minute walk to Trevor Park includes playground, basketball, baseball field, outdoor workout area
10 minutes walk to JFK Park & Marina with river views, sunset spot, summer kayak rentals
