**Availability:** Potentially as early as mid-to-late August, with no rent due until September
**Effective rent:** $1,075/month
**Official lease installment:** $1,280/month
**Rent credit from me:** $2,255 total, making the effective rent $1,075/month over the 11-month lease
**Relet fee:** Fully covered by me

The lease takeover will be completed officially through the Accolade leasing office. The new resident will apply and sign directly through management.
