The living area in the apartment is north facing, making it sunny and warm. Its an open space with living and dining open to the kitchen. Split system air conditioning in the living area will keep you warm when the sun isnt streaming in.
A north facing balcony has a BBQ, lots of plants, and herbs, a gorgeous spot for a sunny cup of tea or coffee throughout the day.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, perfect for long, candle-lit soak.
Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The bedrooms both have a queen beds, built in robes and wall heaters to keep you cozy. One of the bedrooms also has a desk and computer monitor with HDMI cable so could be used as an office/spare room if you prefer. The apartment is in the Westgarth end of Northcote, close to Merri Creek, Palace Cinema, and a great selection of bars and restaurants. Its also close to both Rushall & Westgarth train stations as well as the 86 tram (all within a few minutes walk). The 11 tram is about a 6 min walk away and the Queens Parade bus station is also about a 10 min walk away.
Indoor and outdoor plants would need watering while you are staying.

If all goes well, I will be looking to rent on an ongoing basis beyond October, however, this will unlikely be furnished (TBC).
