Im looking for someone to do a lease takeover of my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in North Asheville. Its available starting mid July and the lease ends May 19th. The apartment is off Merrimon Ave, a 10 minute drive from downtown, and within walking distance of UNCA.

Rent is $1982+utilities (been about $100 for me). Its 1200 sq ft, has in unit laundry, and parking available. Management has been great.
