Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease of my Studio apartment sometime this fall! It is at Amelia Place apartments, located in Lafayette, Indiana.
The apartment is a large studio, approximately 750 sq ft. Rent is $1,035 a month with $25 for valet trash and $5 for pest control, as well as $17 a month for renters insurance. Water, electricity, and sewage are billed separately. It is on the third floor. There is a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer and garbage disposal in unit all included, and the complex is pet friendly.
It is a very nice apartment complex, and if you are interested please DM me! I have arranged with the rental company that if I can find an interested party, they should apply for one of the available apartments and I will give them their information to have the application transferred to my unit. The unit comes as is, but everything is in great working condition and I will be cleaning very thoroughly before moving out. My lease is up in March of 2027, but I am sure if you discuss with the company you could rent for longer.
