Attention USF students: I am moving out next month and renewed before I made my decision to move so I need someone to take over my lease. Beautiful apartment on the top floor with a birds eye view of the water tower and some of the campus. There is a well-kept pool and gym accessible to all residents, and Avalon Heights is conveniently directly across the street from the USF Publix. Utilities are included and it is a 4x4, so everyone has their own bathroom. Everyones room has a balcony as well.
