This room is available for sublease. It has a private bathroom and closet and is fully furnished. There is a clubhouse with free coffee, a gym, and a pool! We have a washer and dryer in the unit, as well. I have 3 amazing roommates, and the rent is 650. Utilities are not included in that figure, and it usually ends up being around 750 per month. There is also a shuttle that brings you to the VCU main campus area every 15 minutes and a bus stop right outside of the complex.
