My home is available for shorter and longer term rentals (minimum one month) during the school year. Currently available from August 20th 2026 until December 17th 2026, and again from January 5th 2027 until June 15th 2027.

The home is full of antiques and very well curated. We have a lovely "secret garden" with a fountain and you can literally spend hours basking in the sun outside. The furniture is on the smaller/European size scale so if you are a larger person this may not be the right fit for you. This unit is located in a duplex so the backyard is shared with our downstairs unit. The rent is inclusive of all utilities, wifi, gardener, and cleaning.

The house is located in Los Angeles city center, you are 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes from West Hollywood, and 20 minutes from the beach. The most common feedback I get about the property is its location and accessibility. Los Angeles most famed restaurants like Pizzeria Mozza and Petit Trois are just down the street. Also conveniently located 10 minutes away from The Grove, the most family friendly and beautiful outdoor shopping center Los Angeles has to offer.
