It has its own private bathroom and it is very spacious. I could be used as a single or double room. The rent is 1375 + 140 for utilities. The house is about a block away from SDSU and is very nice! If has a backyard and a great view! The room is very spacious and is in a co-ed house. The lease is about 11 months and am looking for someone to move in ASAP
