The apartment:

Youd be sharing the apartment with a couple and one other female roommate, all in their early 20s and there are currently 2 cats living here. Wed prefer no additional pets, but are definitely open to discussing it!

The apartment is in a really student friendly spot in Powelton Village, especially if youre a Drexel or Penn student or work nearby. Management is also responsive and easy to communicate with, which is always a plus!

Also, my other roommate is looking for someone to take over her room as well, so if you have a friend youve been wanting to live with, you could potentially move in together!

The room is a great option if youre looking for your own bathroom, a furnished room, an in-unit private washer and dryer, lots of natural light, and a convenient University City location without having to furnish a whole bedroom yourself.
