The price is **$650 per week, all bills included** (internet, electricity and water).

Were located in **Point Chevalier**, which is a really lovely, well-located, family-friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Were about a **10-minute walk from Point Chevalier Beach** and around 10 minutes from bus stops that make it easy to get to different parts of Auckland, including the **CBD in less than 15 minutes**. Were also right next to **Grey Lynn**, which is another great area.

We live on a **quiet cul-de-sac**, so theres very little traffic, and its easy to park either on the street or right in front of the house.

As for the house, we live in a **unit**, a little like a small group of attached/semi-attached homes, with neighbours on either side.

Well leave everything you need to really feel at home, including a **bike, washing machine, dryer, TV, my surfboard, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher**, as well as all the usual kitchen appliances, utensils and household cleaning products.

Of course, well also clear out our wardrobes so you have plenty of space for your belongings in the bedroom.

As you can see in the photos, the **second bedroom is currently the studio where I work**. in case youd like to use it. You can use this room as a **small home gym, office, or simply some extra space for your belongings**.

We really want whoever stays in our home to feel comfortable and **truly at home here**.
