I have a sublease for a bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at The Commons in Knoxville from January through July, as I am graduating in December. It is at 200 19th St, Building 6.

The apartment is furnished with a bed, dresser, closet shelves, desk, chair, dining room table, etc.
Internet is included in rent. Parking is an additional $65/month, and other utilities (electricity and water) are split evenly between the roommates.
Campus and classes are a 10-15 minute walk, depending on where classes are. Situated in the Fort Sanders area near campus.

Roommates are three males in their senior year at UTK.
