Im looking for someone to take over my lease at Capitols Edge (downtown Madison). This is a one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment, 660 square feet, located on the 4th floor. Im looking for someone to take over starting October 1st, but theres an early move-in option, and it should be ready the weekend of September 26th. The lease goes to June 30th, 2027.
Rent is $1,700/month. This includes parking! Water also included in rent. The apartment is pet-friendly ($50/dog); Ive lived here with my dog for a few months and there are plenty of other dogs in the building.
Laundry is in-unit. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the Capitol (I included a picture here!). Its a 3 minute walk to Capital Fitness, and they offer a discounted rate for Capitols Edge residents (I think $45/month).
