RENT AND WHATS INCLUDED
Monthly rent: $2,250, with a one-month minimum stay.
Electric, natural gas, high-speed fiber internet, water, sewer and trash collection are included up to a combined $250 monthly allowance. Any utility costs above this allowance are the residents responsibility under the lease. Residents are responsible for placing their household trash in the designated outdoor bins.
Free parking is available directly in front of the building, with additional street parking nearby. All parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Routine pest control, lawn care and exterior maintenance included.
Streaming-capable TVsjust sign in to your personal streaming accounts and enjoy.

LEASE TERMS AND POLICIES
First months rent and a refundable security deposit are due at lease signing. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is due with the first months rent at lease signing. The deposit will be returned after move-out, less any documented deductions permitted by the lease and applicable law. Residents remain responsible for lawful charges exceeding the deposit, including damage beyond normal wear and tear.
A one-time $175 move-out cleaning fee applies and covers standard cleaning after your stay.
This is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted; assistance animals are accommodated as required by applicable law.
An approved rental application and background screening are required.
Renters insurance is recommended but not required.
Residents are expected to keep the condo clean, promptly report maintenance concerns and follow the community HOA rules provided with the lease.
Routine pest control is included. Responsibility for any additional pest-treatment costs will be determined under the lease and applicable law.
Lease extensions may be available upon request, subject to availability. If you think youll need more time, let us know as early as possible.
