The 1 bed/1 bath is available from October 1- December 30th, 2026. Its a 3 month sublease total. Not furnished but will ensure its cleaned up before you arrive. washer and dryer in the unit. large bathroom with garden tub, a walk-in closet, and plenty of storage areas. if you need a bed I can leave the two mattress- 1 full and 1 queen lightly used and the bedframe. just let me know. i am not charging the full amount that I normally pay so please only respectful people contact me to stay here. there is a covered parking spot that I can get your vehicle registered to park under as well. thank you!
