Two bedrooms featuring queen in the primary, double in the second, duvets, blinds, and the kind of quiet you only get below grade. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Full kitchen (full-size fridge, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher), pots, pans, knives, coffee (drip and Keurig) with a starter supply, and enough dishes for a dinner for four.
Dedicated desk with ergonomic chair, as well as dining table. Fast Wi-Fi throughout, video calls dont drop. 65 smart TV with Netflix included (log into your own apps too), and your own in-suite washer and dryer with detergent supplied pack light.
This is a lower-level unit and we would rather you know exactly what that means here: large above grade windows with plenty of light through the unit, 9-ft ceilings, dehumidifier with HRV and the air is fresh and dry. Guests routinely tell us they forget they are downstairs. Access is by one flight of stairs with a private exterior door please note if stairs are a concern.
Located in west of Ottawa (Kanata South/Stittsville), a quiet residential street with a restaurant/bistro around the corner. Go for jogs, walks or bike rides on the trans Canada trail 5 minutes walk from the house.

The entire suite is yours: both bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living area, laundry, and one free parking spot in the driveway. Self check-in with a smart lock your personal code is sent before arrival, so late flights are no problem. Shared backyard / patio available in season.
During your stay
We live upstairs, which means fast help if you need it and otherwise complete privacy. Message through sublet any time; we typically respond within the hour.
Quiet hours 10 pm 8 am out of respect for the neighbourhood.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or events.
Pets are not permitted.
The suite is below the main floor; occasional footsteps from upstairs are possible during the day.
Snow removal and de-icing handled for you in winter; boot tray at the door.
