This tranquil apartment is amazing and Im very sad to leave it, but Im moving to the UK at the end of the month.

I will be selling all the furniture, so you can either buy the furniture from me and keep the apartment looking much like how you see it or bring in your own!

-Have an income of $60k+ (no students, sorry)
-Have a credit score of 700+
-Be willing to sublet for October 1st to February 1st when my lease ends.

If you love the apartment, you can apply to sign a new lease when the sublet ends.
