Subletting my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in DeMun, walking distance to Washington University (my neighbors walk to campus through beautiful Concordia Seminary, as I did when I attended). Im traveling abroad and my buildings landlord is on board with subletting - per the terms of the lease, this would go through them directly, not a private handoff.
