Double room with en-suite bathroom in a two bedroom apartment. The Apartment overlooks Hackney Marshes, perfect for a nice run or cycle. Hackney Wick is just down the road with lots of nice restaurants & bars.
I would prefer someone who doesnt solely work remotely from home, twice a week would be absolutely fine.

Leyton Underground station is a 5 mins walk away. The Central Line trains carry commuters and shoppers into Liverpool Street and the West End in less than 30 minutes. Just three stops brings you to the creative hub of Bethnal Green with a short walk along Redchurch Street reaching the boutiques and restaurants of Shoreditch.
I work in the creative industry and can be away quite a lot! Im very happy to hangout but completely understand if you need your own space.

Ideally I would like someone who is clean and tidy but understand there maybe be times well leave the place a little messy every now and again.
