$1,030/month two options depending on what works for you:

Not on the lease: just a $1,000 security deposit + a reference letter showing you pay rent on time. Last month due August 1, 2027.
Want to be on the lease: $50 application fee, plus the standard $1,000 security deposit and $1,000 last months rent upfront.

Utilities - right now it is about $95 pp, but we are working to have this reduced/included in rent.

Powelton Village walking distance to both Drexel and Penn, 15 min to U City, Rittenhouse, Center City, & Fairmont on public transportation

Room comes fully furnished:

Queen bed + frame, desk + chair, nightstand
Blackout curtains, floor-to-ceiling window (tons of natural light)
Couch + coffee table, kitchen supplies included
Private bathroom
In-unit laundry

The apartment: Youd live with a couple + one other roommate, plus 2 friendly cats (no dogs please, other pets open to discussing). There is also a balcony. Management is responsive and easy to work with.

Ive been here for 6+ months and had no issues with the current roommates, management, or area. Just looking to upgrade to my own place!
