I am relocating back home to India was looking for someone interested in subleasing my printers row studio apartment for the remaking of the lease.

The apartment has a living area, open kitchen divided by a sliding door. The sliding door separates the bedroom area, closet space and bathroom to the living space.

Base rent is $1845 per month. Water, gas & additional utilities are added to the base rent.

Tenant is responsible for renters insurance, electricity and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is spacious for a convertible studio with floor to ceiling windows folding light and showcasing sweeping city views.

Note the new tenants have to meet the landlord requirements: good credit score and provide income/employment verification. The term lease will only be available until 05/16/2027.
