Doing an exchange in California so looking to sublet in the meantime :) 4 guys and 1 other girl, all super friendly. Available from the 18/01/27 to the 28/05/27 but could be shorter if required. Will only be charged for 4 months + 1/3 of a month so 3445 in total. You have your own private lockable room, ensuite, kitchen cupboard and freezer/fridge space.
