Replay has some of the best amenities in town, including two outdoor courtyards, a pool and jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness centers, free coffee, study lounges, clubhouse with gaming area, golf simulator, karaoke lounge, on-site management + maintenance, and more. The rent would be $1,200 per month.
