The apartment is only 50 m away from the beach. It is very quiet thanks to its location in a small street, though in the every heart of Calella village, with lots of shops, boutiques and restaurants. The railway station is situated at 100 m, and one of the many trains takes you in exactly one hour to Barcelona city.

This spacious 80 m2 apartment is located on a third floor (with elevator), the top floor. The livingroom, with balcony and large flat screen TV, has 5m high ceilings and large windows, also in the roof, and is therefore really pleasant and bright
