This is a 3 month rental May - August (we have flexibility). 1 bedroom, very spacious, great views of palms and mountains, 750 sq ft. 2 patios (1 shared but no one uses it). 3rd floor with elevator, 1 closet, fully furnished also with kitchen supplies, coffee machine, etc. 15 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minutes to promenade.

No animals (sorry), no parties, no smoking.
